*Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
You can cancel or change this booking anytime upto 5 weeks before the visit - no fee

BUT PLEASE READ : We carefully plan our tours well in advance, traveling across the country, and last-minute changes are both disruptive and costly.
In the event of your school canceling this booking after five weeks prior to the scheduled performance date, a cancellation fee of £200 + VAT will be applied.
This fee will also apply should you request to reschedule this booking within 5 weeks of your booking to an alternative date later in the year.
However, if the cancellation is due to factors beyond your control, such as a school closure or a major unforeseen event, we will consider waiving this added cancellation fee.
